Generalized Anxiety: generalized anxiety may arise in specific conditions such as feeling anxious when you go to work or school but otherwise feeling fairly calm or anxiousness may be felt regardless of the setting. Anxious feelings may come where finding a correlation is difficult or maybe you see a pattern you can report.

Panic can be experienced once or it can develop into a disorder (I prefer not to call it a disorder as this term tends to increase the feeling of alarm but for descriptive purposes I am using the correct terminology) where one is in constant fear of having another attack creating more anxiety and recurring panic attacks.

I have had good success using both neurofeedback and HRV training to resolve both anxiety and panic. Depending on correlation of cause we may use supplemental therapies to modulate hormones, neurotransmitters, or improve nutrition either alone or in addition to biofeedback training. Sometimes these additives are for short term use until we teach your brain to reorganize the negative pattern. Other times, we may find that supplemental help is needed longterm such as adding B12 to a vegan diet.
