ABOUT ME
Helping people recover, heal, and move forward has been at the center of my life’s work. My path began early—volunteering as a hospital Candy Striper in middle school, lifeguarding throughout high school, and training in Wilderness First Aid before leading hikes in the Tetons after college. After my summer in the mountains, I continued exploring medicine by working as both a nursing assistant and a pharmacy tech in Jackson Hole (and yes, I skied whenever I could). During this time, I also volunteered at a hydroponic farm and was introduced to neurofeedback training by a local medical team—experiences that broadened my view of how healing can take many forms.
These diverse experiences shaped my decision to pursue naturopathic medicine in Seattle, where I trained to approach health from a holistic perspective—always beginning with the least invasive, most effective therapies. Along the way, I discovered how physical medicine could dramatically reduce musculoskeletal pain, and I dedicated my only free summer to intensive massage therapy training. After graduating and completing an integrative clinic internship, I deepened my expertise in neurofeedback, studying for two years under an advisor before becoming certified.
For over a decade, I’ve integrated biofeedback and physical medicine into my naturopathic practice. Using brain, muscle, and heart-rate assessments, I’ve helped patients address attention deficits, anxiousness, cognitive changes (such as memory loss, poor word-finding, and low motivation), headaches, and stress-related conditions. My work also includes:
Biofeedback & Neurofeedback – improving focus, mood, memory, and resilience
Physical Medicine – site-specific massage, muscle energy technique, kinesio taping, TENS therapy, and hydrotherapy for inflammation and recovery
Botanical Medicine – drawing from my background in plant biology to use safe, effective botanical therapies that restore balance and health
Through all of these experiences, I’ve had the privilege of meeting people where they are and helping them move forward. At Weekend Warrior Health, I believe the answers to someone’s health concerns are rarely black and white. Recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s about listening carefully, identifying root causes, and tailoring therapies to support the whole person.
